If something isn't right, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — that's the whole spirit of this policy.
Returns
Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Because our products are personal-care items made in small batches, we can't restock opened products — but see below.
If a product didn't work for you
Textured hair is personal, and not every formula suits every crown. If you used a product as directed and it wasn't right for your hair, contact us within 30 days — we'll talk it through and find a fair resolution, whether that's guidance on how to adjust use, a swap, or a refund. We'd rather learn from your experience than keep your money.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it immediately — no return shipment needed.
How to start
Email hello@iriecrown.com with your order number and what happened. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
