The agreement

These terms govern your use of iriecrown.com and your purchases from Irie Crown, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Our products

Irie Crown products are cosmetics: they are intended to cleanse, condition, and beautify the hair and scalp. They are not drugs, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, including postpartum hair loss or alopecia. If you have a scalp condition or significant hair loss, please see a qualified professional.

Always read the full ingredient list before use and patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We make our products in small batches; if an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you promptly with the choice of waiting for the next batch or a full refund. We may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion — for example, where we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount charged.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on our delivery of the package to the carrier; if a shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

Intellectual property

The Irie Crown name, the hibiscus roundel, our wordmark, product names, photography, and site content belong to Irie Crown, LLC. Hair Intelligence™ is a trademark of Irie Crown, LLC. You may not use them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Irie Crown, LLC's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
